Diem's newest Blythe dress loosely based on characters from the Wizard of Oz! It's called Emerald and based on the Emerald Witch. Emerald 1 is the one with green belt, the one in this listing. I also have another version with pink belt. This is full length dress has an empire waist with velvet belt and beaded shoulder straps. It's made of a silky embroidered tulle with sage green lining. Dress closes with snap closure.
